Roger’s Approach

An experienced specialist in property and commercial law, Roger has a reputation for successful outcomes in cases across a diverse range of areas. As a transactional property Solicitor he can call on his wealth of experience to help resolve issues.

Calm, patient and confident, Roger believes that even the most intractable disputes can be settled, given the right will from the participants and the skill and guidance of the mediator.

He has a real passion for helping people find solutions to commercial problems that they can’t resolve on their own. He is a natural conciliator who enjoys bringing people together.

Roger is fascinated by what makes people tick. Understanding how they have got to this place in their lives and how he can help them resolve their dispute and move on. During the mediation his encouragement and focus never waivers from the goal of settlement, resulting in a settlement rate that is well above the national average.
